Our Story

Carol Ivey entered the insurance industry in the late 80’s working for a major Property and Casualty carrier. Over the years she has held many different licenses and managed a large insurance agency.

Acting as the health advocate for family members over the years, she learned about the complexities of Medicare Insurance. After several personal experiences with aging parents, Carol began focusing her time and attention on helping people navigate Medicare and make the best choices for them.

Married to husband Mike Ivey for 40 years, together they decided to open an agency that would focus on helping people with Medicare and the numerous Medicare Plan options.

Mike, a disabled Air Force veteran, saw the need to specialize in educating veterans on what benefits they are entitled to when it comes to their healthcare. Mike has become an expert in learning how to combine VA Benefits with Medicare plans to provide veterans and their dependents with complete healthcare plans.
